With the rapid development of software industry under the influence of globalization,the software enterprises are facing both opportunities and challenges.It has become an important task of software enterprises in project management regarding to resources allocation to multi projects executing at the same time in such complex market situation,and the utilization and combination of related theories of project management with the development and management of software projects by software enterprises.Unlike the multi-project management in traditional enterprises,it has its own characteristics in the design and development of software projects.Therefore,the software enterprises cannot copy the multi-project management theory of the traditional enterprise in the software project management.The software enterprises should allocate the resources reasonably to multi projects based on the multi-project management and the actual conflicts of project resources and thus optimize the efficiency of resources utilization.By arranging the schedules of multi projects,the software enterprises can increase multi-project management level,reduce cost and improve proficiency.This thesis mainly focuses on the resource allocation and management of multi projects of E Software Company.Firstly,the thesis introduces and analyzes the theory of multi-project management,and it describes the status,main problems and reasons of the multi-project management of Chinese software enterprises.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the problems and status of resource allocation in multi-project management in E Software Company,and therefore puts forward the solution method.Furthermore,the thesis makes research on the actual cases of E Software Company in the resource allocation of multi projects,and realize the resource allocation and management through schedule model,which has achieved good results.
