Li Siguang's Science Communication Philosophy And Practice

Li Siguang is a famous scientist in China and a banner of the Chinese scientific community in the 20th century.He has made great achievements in the field of geology,as one of the founders of modern geology,and an early witness to the founding and construction of New China.In the introduction part,through the analysis of the pre-academic history,the author finds that although research on Li Siguang is not a minority,but there is a lack of research on its scientific communication.And China has few researches exploring his scientific communication based on domestic scientist.Therefore,this dissertation takes Li Siguang as the research object and combines the theory of scientific communication to explore the source,theoretical basis,content,characteristics and significance of Li Siguang's scientific communication thought and practice,in order to make up for the previous researches on scientist Li Siguang in the field of scientific communication and to tap the meaning of the present.This paper adopts the method of documentation as the main method,on the basis of Reconstructing Historical data,through induction,summary and analysis to complete the study.In the main text,the first part first analyzes the background of Li Siguang's scientific communication,not only analyzing the characteristics of each era he has experienced,but also closely following the research center.And this part discusses the relationship between his scientific communication and life experience,hometown and family atmosphere and tries to introduce the theory of science communication.The second part mainly points out that Li Siguang's scientific communication thought is concentrated in popular science reading,speech and scientific theory,based on which the purpose,method and content and international attitude of his scientific communication thought is summerized.The third part,with time and field as the entry point,discusses the specific content of Li Siguang's scientific communication practice,highlighting the long time and wide range of scientific communication.The fourth part mainly compares the scientific communication of Li Siguang with the scientific communication of Ding Wenjiang and Ren Hongjun with the guiding ideology and effect of science education,scientific works and scientific communication to highlight its characteristics.The fifth part,which is generally baesd on the previous study,combined with historical facts and current situation,further explores its historical influence and current value and points out its value to scientists and science communication practitioners.In the conclusion part,the paper summarizes the full text and briefly discusses the research significance of Li Siguang's timelessness.This paper analyzes Li Siguang's scientific communication and aims to enrich the research of modern Chinese scientists in science communication.
