The rapid development of natural science has made science collaboration as the mainstream of science study, and scientific collaboration also promoted the development of science. The followed rapidly advancing of scientific achievement, especially the recently developing trend of output of scientific literature, has proposed the actual requirements for scientometrics. There is little study about the scientific output, scientific collaboration and their relationship in China. Based on the productive forces theory of scientific literature output, the productive relationship theory of scientific literature coauthorship and the basic paradigm of science of science, this paper make scientific literature output and coauthored literature as scientific output and scientific collaboration, using statistical analysis and data mining, social network analysis and knowledge mapping to study the productive force of China's scientific literature output, the productive relationship of scientific coauthorship and their incidence relation.Firstly, based on the literature data of China from 1975 to 2007 indexed in Web of Science (including SCI, SSCI, A&HCI), this paper makes the scientific literature as the entry point to measure scientific productive force, and study the general situation of scientific output of China from the quantitive perspective, analyze the geographical distribution and subject distribution from three levels of country, cities and universities, and expound the concentricity of scientific output of China from three perspectives of regions, institutions and subjects. Further, the paper make the cited times and H index to measure the quality of scientific output of China, to study the scientific output of China from two perspectives of quantity and quality.Secondly, using social network analysis, the paper makes the scientific literature coauthorship as the entry point to measure scientific productive relationship. On one hand, the paper analyze the international collaboration of China's scientific literature from three perspectives of country, cities and universities, which found the growth trend of international collaboration of China's scientific literature; and based on metrics of international collaboration of Chinese main cities and universities, the paper reveals the Comulated distribution effect of collaboration. On the other hand, from the perspective of domestic collaboration of Chinese main cities and univerisities, the paper analyzes the coauthorship network. Using centrality in social network analyisi, the paper compares the coauthorship situation of main cities and institutions, analyzes the international and domestic coauthorship network of scientific literature of China, to demonstrate the scientific productive relationship represented by the coauthorship of scientific literature. Finally, the paper connects the scientific productive force and scientific productive relationship. According to the data in the 3 rd and 4 chapter, the paper analyzes the general relationship of scientific productive force and scientific productive. The author makes scientific literature output and the influence (cited times) as scientific productive force and the scientific literature collaboration (coauthors of one paper, coauthored papers or not, and different coauthor countries) as scientific productive relationship, to analyze the relationship between them.
