Research And Application Of Software Project Performance Evaluation Model Based On Agile Development

With the rapid development of computer technology and information science and technology,people's work and lifestyle have undergone tremendous changes.Software has been widely used in various fields of social life,making it a very important role in today's social development.From the announcement of Agile Manifesto 2001 to today,after more than ten years of development,agile development model has become the mainstream model of software project development management.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to agile and implement agile.But with the implementation of agile development model,people are beginning to realize that the evaluation of implementation results is also very important,such as the effect? How to improve the problems encountered will inevitably be put on the agenda.The performance evaluation of agile development not only needs to analyze the importance and influence of performance indicators in the life cycle of software projects,but also needs to find stability factors according to changing trends,predict the development trend of project process,and provide decision support for process improvement of projects.In view of this,combined with the characteristics of agile development,this paper establishes a performance evaluation method in the way of modeling for software projects under the mode of agile development,and provides guidance for the improvement of agile development.Based on the characteristics and differences of traditional development mode and agile development mode,and the basic theory of modern project management and agile development,this paper establishes a set of performance evaluation model for software projects under agile development mode.The evaluation model uses the method of quality function deployment to collect and analyze the influencing factors of software project performance.The Communist Party of China collects and collates four first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 16 technical characteristics indicators,and finally determines six important factors affecting the performance evaluation of software projects.Then,through the modeling of the performance evaluation system,the software projects under the agile model are predicted,and the improvement points are found.In order to verify the validity and feasibility of the model,this paper uses case analysis method,takes FN project of Y company as an example to model,and evaluates and predicts the project performance,which proves the feasibility and validity of the performance evaluation model.
