In the future,the growth mode of China's textile industry will shift from scale and quantity growth to quality and efficiency growth gradually.The use of traditional management mode in order-oriented textile enterprises has greatly limited the development of enterprises.The vast majority of small and mediumsized enterprises have already realized the gap between their management modes and modern business mode.In order to pursue high profits and high added value of products,domestic textile enterprises have been accelerating the informatization.Textile enterprises are in urgent need of appropriate production planning and scheduling system to meet the needs of enterprise informatization construction.According to the actual demands of China Resources Textiles(Hefei)co.,LTD in the process of informatization construction,for textile enterprise business management chaos,aiming at the problems like slow artificial production planning,difficult production scheduling and monitoring,thr ough the actual investigation of enterprise production and management and combining with the enterprise informatization conditions itself,a production planning and scheduling system for small and medium-sized textile enterprises was designed.This paper first analyzes the current production status of enterprises and summarizes the existing problems,and determines the system objectives and requirements based on this,and an intuitive system model is established using UML modeling language.Then it introduces the design principle of the system,and analyzes the logic architecture,hardware architecture and software technology architecture of the system from the client of textile enterprise to the textile terminal.The system adopts the modular method to desi gn its function modules,uses Git to carry on the development version management and E-R method to complete database structure design.Besides,the system uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to prioritize orders,and uses computer programming and database to realize the main functions like business process management,automatic production scheduling,real-time monitoring and early warning/alarm.Finally,it introduces system function realization and its application.The running results show that the system runs stable,reliable,and functional,which realizes the information sharing timely and accurately,precise control of production situation of the machine.The time of production planning and scheduling has shortened by 2-3 days to a few minutes,which improves the efficiency of the allocation of resources and production management capacity.The system has been successfully implemented in Huarun textile,which has a profound impact on the marketing and production operation of the enterprise.The system brings considerable economic benefits to enterprises,and has good reference value for similar textile enterprises to realize informatization.
