Research On Production Planning Decomposition And Scheduling Method Of Customized Order Assembly Enterprises

After an in-depth understanding of the production and operation of custom-made order assembly enterprises,this paper makes a deep analysis of the planning and scheduling mode after receiving a batch of orders,and finds out the problems existing in its order scheduling mode.Then according to the problem,the paper designs the order decomposition scheduling strategy based on inventory cost on the basis of satisfying the delivery date of customers' orders and the production capacity of the workshop,and establishes a matching mathematical model.Finally,the model is solved by using the classical genetic algorithm,and the model is solved by using the classical genetic algorithm(GA).Production planning is the determination of what products should be produced in each production planning period and the quantity of production.For each planning period,how to produce these products and how to make the order of production are the things to be considered in job shop scheduling.In this paper,it is found from the research on the production of customized order assembly flexible workshop that there are many kinds of assembly materials in each process,which results in the different switching time of the products in each process,and it is found that there are many kinds of assembly materials in each process.The switching time greatly affects the total operation time and the utilization efficiency of manufacturing resources such as equipment and manpower,so on the basis of this,a suitable shop scheduling model is constructed,and finally,the corresponding shop scheduling model is constructed.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to solve the model and output a set of optimal job shop scheduling schemes.Finally,based on the MS Visual Studio development environment and MS SQL Server relational database,the production planning scheduling system is constructed to realize the basic data maintenance,product process configuration,production planning scheduling and visual monitoring of the production process,and so on.And it is applied to the actual scheduling activities of enterprises,and provides reference value for the research of project-oriented manufacturing enterprises' production planning and scheduling.
