Research And Development Of Production Management Module Of ERP In Sunshine Group

Sunshine Group is a well-known domestic wool textile enterprise.Since the early 1990 s,it has begun to use the stand-alone production management system.Till the mid-1990 s,it has completed the development of the MIS system in Novell system developed by FoxPro,based on "thick cable + UTP" LAN.With the single operation data as the design idea,the data of each business unit is independent and there exists lack of overall control of the business process.Therefore,there are many defects in the integration,security and reliability of the data.With the continuous expansion of the company's business,the informationization of the textile enterprise is required.As for the company,it is in need of a new application system which is combined with the production process,security and reliability.On the basis of it,this research is intended to re-develop and integrate that existing module.The development system from the analysis of the business situation and needs,give full consideration to the current management models and advanced contemporary production theory,in order to reduce costs and improve production efficiency as the ultimate goal.In this research,the process of production and management for demand of enterprise business and function module are discussed in a practical and feasible way:the system,using Delphi software as a development tool,Firebird as database system,and using the structure of clients and servers,takes advantage of the current hardware in this companyto solve existing problems.The following is the content of this research:1.Theanalysis of needs in the techniques,planning,workshop manufacturing and the quality?2.The completion of the function structure,the module function,the user interface and the software database system.3.The development and integration of technique management,planning management,workshop production management,quality management and warehouse management by using Firebird database and Delphi.Through the informationization of technology,planning,production,quality and other business processes,data sharing,reduction of production costs and improvement of the efficiency have been achieved.
