Erp Module Development For Small And Medium-sized Textile Enterprises

With the development of Information Technology (IT), it has been playing an increasing important role in automating business processes in enterprises. By investigating ERP systems applicable to the small medium enterprises, a ERP system scheme is put forward, meanwhile inventory management module is developed and implemented. Besides, taking autonomous and heterogeneous applications in companies into account, considerable concern and research interest has been focused on how to integrate ERP system with these exist applications.In chapter one, the research background and significance are firstly introduced. Then an overview is presented about ERP development phases and current applying situations. Manufacture types, module developing related techniques and integration problems, are also summarized and analyzed respectively, followed by an brief structure introduction of dissertation.In chapter two, some core contents of ERP system applicable to the small medium manufacturing enterprises are analyzed in detail, so does its traits which is proposed in accordance with the company's background and manufacture type. In addition, a frame of ERP software is brought forward according to the enterprise's operation flows. Lastly technology solutions of ERP systems are put forward.Development of EPR system begins with inventory management module in chapter three. Furthermore system analysis, software development and implementation of inventory module based on B/S model are illustrated.Considering the actuality of the company, the problem that how to integrate ERP system with other information systems is educed in chapter four. Based on research and practice, a solution is proposed to integrate ERP system with existent ISO 9000 and PDM system.At the end of dissertation, the main contents are summarized and the future works is presented.
