With the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry and the individualized needs of customers,higher and higher requirements have been put forward for the production of engine industry.The types and structures of products have become diversified,and the types and quantities of materials have also increased.Problems such as inaccurate information,time-consuming and inadequate distribution of materials in workshop have become increasingly apparent.The dynamic material distribution strategy of engine workshop based on Internet of Things is analyzed from the source of material data.A material demand prediction model based on BP neural network is established.A practical dynamic material management system is designed and developed with IOT technology.Firstly,from the current situation of logistics distribution and Internet of Things research,this dissertation analyzed the workshop material distribution mode,compared the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of several distribution modes,obtained the shortcomings of the current workshop distribution mode,and combined with the application of Internet of Things technology in the workshop to build a realtime perception of the workshop information environment.Then,based on the analysis of material flow process in workshop,three main data collection sources of material are studied.The material is coded and the electronic label and workstation data block are planned under the environment of workshop Internet of Things.Then,the material demand information is analyzed and integrated,and the material demand prediction is made by using BP neural network.On this basis,a multi-objective material distribution model is established based on the engine assembly workshop of a company.The improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the experimental simulation analysis is carried out.The reasonable distribution path and the number of AGV cars are obtained,which reduces the distribution distance and cost.Finally,based on the research of material distribution method and the key technology of IOT information collection in workshop,the material management information system is designed and developed for the above research,and the feasibility of the system is verified by the actual data.
