Mixed-model assembling is an effective means to improve theflexibility of production system and even the competitiveness ofthe whole enterprise. The material distribution of the productionsystem is a complicated process with great influence on resourceconfiguring, the productivity of enterprise and even the profit.The main purpose of the thesis is to find an effective methodsatisfied with mixed-model assembling line system.The thesis is based on the Mixed Model Assembly Line of theone company, studying a material distributed system to satisfiedwith the kind of assembly line. Take a method of "first palletloading, and then distribute". Give some relevant methods to thefour pivotal problems in the whole process. The four pivotalproblems: one is the number of required boxes; one is theoptimization of the mixed boxes loading; one is the establish ofthe flow of pallet loading; the last one is the establish of themode of the distribution. Firstly, the thesis offers some methodsto the first,second,forth pivotal problem, to the thirdproblem, the thesis narrates the research status of the palletloading,pallet class, sets up a mixed integer programming modelbased on heuristic method, and validates the validity of the modelby examples and simulation researches, provides theory gist forthe project implement of pallet loading in the material distribution system.
