According to the multi varieties, the small batch production mode, more and more manufacturing companies are seeking an effectively way to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost, and the lean production management methods is an important means to solve the problem.Considering the manufacturing enterprise, the main direction of improving production efficiency and reducing the cost is to consider the whole production system and logistics system. To improve the production efficiency, we must first solve the problem of logistics, to make the distribution to be JIT, namely, at the right time to the right amount of the product to the correct position. At present, most enterprises manage and distribute the line materials according to the manufacturing BOM information, and the manufacturing bill of material(BOM) is not so intuitive for logistics people that will influence picking speed, materials delivery efficiency issues. To solve these problems, scholars have put forward the distribution of BOM management, and this paper uses the distribution of BOM for materials selection, and the materials delivering uses the standard material storage box for the JIT distribution under the delivery time window constraints, to reduce the distribution distance and the effect of reducing cost.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis the automobile rear axle assembly line process and the bill of materials, according to the enterprise production and material pull mode of different products to establish the corresponding material delivery BOM to obtain the material requirement information of each station with different production cycle;(2)Analysis the edge material size, weight and other information on the distribution of BOM line to classificatory the materials. The different types of materials in small material storage device use the same criteria box form and the large material storage device use the turnover of the car according to the enterprise present material storage equipment types and complex problems, and put forward the improvement scheme on the part of large storage cycle in order to solve the complicated problem of material transfer and in order to ensure the accuracy of the material storage and distribution, which laid the foundation for the optimization of the vehicle routing;(3)In view of the higher cost of enterprise distribution, consider the vehicle capacity and delivery time window constraints, this paper establishes a mathematical model to minimize the total distribution cost, and uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem, and uses it in the axle assembly line A of the axle assembly line logistics distribution system. In order to ensure the total distribution under the same conditions, the results shows that the optimized distribution distance and the total distribution cost is reduced by 11.7%, to verify the effectiveness of the JIT material distribution optimization scheme.
