Research On Complex Structure Product Assembly Material Distribution System Based On IOT Technology

Assembly as the final link of complex structure products determines the quality of the final product.How to improve the assembly efficiency and quality of complex structure products is the key factor for the timely and effective material delivery.At present,with the development of mechanization,automation and intelligent technology,manufacturing enterprises are confronted with the contradiction between high efficiency of assembly line and low efficiency of material distribution.Therefore,in the plane as a complex structure of the product,put forward the aircraft assembly material distribution system based on Internet of things technology,in order to ensure material supply timely and effective,the main work is divided into the following several parts:(1)Analyses the characteristics of aircraft assembly process and material requirements,and put forward the aircraft assembly process of material supply management solutions,designed the aircraft assembly material distribution in the process of comprehensive management structure,respectively from the system use case,the system level,function module division,four aspects carries on the analysis and application process.(2)For aircraft assembly process material in the system to study the key technology,through the analysis of aircraft assembly process information technology,this paper expounds the structure of product configuration and process instantiation,combed the aircraft assembly process various relationships between BOM and the system structure,is put forward to assembly location as the unit of material distribution principle,material information elementof assembly station is established,and determine the amount of material distribution in the assembly process and delivery time window.(3)Through the aircraft assembly line Outlines the simple introduction,and built the aircraft assembly environment perception,this paper introduces the aircraft assembly material distribution system characteristics,structure and development environment,and uses the C#.NET aircraft assembly material delivery system is developed.
