Recently,more and more attention has been paid to the resources shortage and environmental pollution in our country.The development of green manufacturing has become an inevitable choice of manufacturing industry.As an important part of green manufacturing,remanufacturing is an effective way to realize the reuse of waste products as well as the sustainable development of economic cycle.At present,the research on mixed-model assembly line balance and material distribution planning mainly focuses on traditional manufacturing processes at home and abroad,while remanufacturing is rarely involved.Moreover,there are a lot of uncertain factors in the remanufacturing assembly process,and the product process is more complicated and changeable.Considering the influence of uncertain factors in remanufacturing assembly process,this thesis studies the problem of remanufacturing mixed-model assembly line balance and material distribution planning.Firstly,the remanufacturing production mode is studied,the core steps of remanufacturing production and the characteristics of remanufacturing are described.The basic elements,optimization objectives and algorithm of remanufacturing mixed-model assembly line balance and material distribution path planning are introduced.Secondly,the balance problem of remanufacturing mixed-model assembly line is studied.In view of the uncertainty of assembly process time in remanufacturing assembly process,a remanufacturing assembly process time model based on FGERT network is constructed.Combined with the relevant properties of moment generating function and signal flow graph,the remanufacturing assembly process time is redefined by random simulation.On this basis,the mathematical model of balance for remanufacturing mixed-model assembly line is established,and an adaptive double-layer genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.The validity and practicability of the model and algorithm are verified through calculation examples.Again,the material distribution planning of remanufacturing mixed-model assembly line is studied.Aiming at the fuzziness of material arrival time at workstation,uncertainty of material source and cost during the material distribution process in remanufacturing workshop,a material arrival evaluation method based on workstation satisfaction function is constructed.When the average satisfaction of workstation doesn't reach the set threshold,penalty cost will be generated.On this basis,a mathematical model of material distribution for remanufacturing mixed-model assembly line is established,and an adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.The effectiveness and practicability of the model and algorithm are verified through calculation examples.Finally,combined with the above research results,an prototype system of remanufacturing mixed-model assembly line balance and material distribution planning is developed,tested and applied to verify the feasibility of the research content.
