The complexity of printed circuit board(PCB)manufacturing process has brought extensive risk to this industry,and the consequences are sometimes unacceptable.The PCB manufacturers themselves need to conduct a thorough risk identification and assessment out of the purpose for maintaining its business continuity.The computer aided risk identification program presented in this paper is specially designed to help enterprises to carry out risk identification by themselves.Whats more,based on the results of computer-aided identification,this paper also presented a risk evaluation method which can help the management group within the factory to conduct a more efficient safety management and,if the company decide to transfer risk to insurance,to help insurance company charge their clients more objectively.First of all,the computer aided risk identification algorithm written in Python is designed to identify the risk of PCB manufacturing enterprises.After the running out of the script,the risk identification results will be presented to users in a more explicit and organized way as opposed to results of the traditional method which sometimes are difficult to understand.The result contains the accident scenarios and the influence those accidents bring about.Secondly,based on the risk identification results,the risk evaluation index system of PCB manufacturing enterprises is constructed,and the overall risk assessment of the factory is decomposed to each workshop level,and the risk levels of each workshop are determined from the perspectives of loss potential and severity.Combined with each workshop's contribution to the whole factory in term of risk,the risk level can then be calculated.According to the results of risk assessment,the property insurance premium rate of the PCB manufacturing industry is adjusted.Finally,A PCB manufacturing enterprise is studied as an example in this paper,the computer-aided risk identification system is used to to identify its risk,and the identification results is combined to conduct risk assessment,the risk level can be obtained.Ultimately,the risk evaluation result is fed back to the floating of the property insurance rate.The example has verified that the risk grading of PCB manufacturing enterprises can be realized by the risk assessment method based on computer-aided identification results proposed in this paper.At the same time,the evaluation results can provide reference for the adjustment of property insurance rates.
