At present,with the progress of big data and Internet technology,human beings have entered the era of intelligent service.At the same time,the combination of public library with modern science and technology and advanced service concept has promoted the emergence and development of intelligent service of public library.Therefore,the evaluation and research on the quality of public library intelligent service can not only improve the evaluation system of public library intelligent service quality,but also lay a theoretical and practical foundation for the future research.It can also discuss the future development trend of the intelligent service of public library and find out the deficiency of the intelligent service of public library,which is helpful to the perfection of the intelligent service of public library.After consulting a lot of relevant literature and referring to the rich experience of relevant practices at home and abroad,this paper makes appropriate modifications on the basis of Lib QUAL+TM model of library service quality evaluation,adds and strengthens the Chinese situational content,and designs a brand new public library intelligent service quality evaluation model.The first level of the evaluation system contains four dimensions,which are service effect,access to information resources,facility conditions.The next level includes 16 evaluation indicators,such as"self-service book borrowing and returning",analyzing and mining the needs of readers based on their data and realizing personalized services","user access to electronic resources or requirements access to information anytime and anywhere pass the official website of the library"and"the library can achieve navigation in the library".Based on the above research basis,this paper takes the library users in Shandong Province as the research objects,and carries out a questionnaire survey on the intelligent service quality of libraries in Shandong Province.Readers are asked to score the tolerance value,sensory values and expected values.The method is scientific,rigorous and objective.In this paper deficiencies are found and optimized.Through mathematical statistics and analysis of the survey results,the characteristics and current situation of the intelligent service of libraries in Shandong Province are described.This evaluation index system is verified to be scientific and operable,so as to put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the improvement of the intelligent service of libraries in Shandong Province,in order to help public libraries realize their own value and meet the individual needs of users.
