Research, Public Archives Service System Based On The Information Ecology Theory

Traditional archives service system includes archival information, archivists, archive users, and makes the archival information as the core of service system. It is a passive service model. It lacks the idea of active service, despises the role of people and influence of service environment, ignores the system's integrity. If the archives want to survive and develop, it must achieve transformation from traditional archives to public archives, and the core of construction is "service". In the new century, China's national archives have great changes on the thinking of construction and make the construction of public archives as their strategic goals and values. Particularly, it pays more and more attention to create the social services images. Information ecology theory researches on information, human, information environment's interaction and effect, emphasizes the integrity of information ecosystem, and treats information as the core elements of the information ecosystem, emphasizes active and positive role of human in the information environment.
