Water,as an indispensable resource for human survival,has become a problem we cannot ignore.Cities,as a concentration of population and productivity,have been highly dependent on water resources since ancient times.Due to the irreplaceability and indispensability of water,urban water supply has always been an important infrastructure for urban economic development and people's lives,and has an extremely important position [1].Along with the gradual development of China's socialist market economy,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Marketization Process of the Municipal Public Utilities" and the "Administrative Measures for Municipal Public Utilities" in 2003 and 2004,gradually pushing the municipal public utilities.To market.In order to meet the needs of economic and social development,to meet people's production and living needs,how to maintain profitability in an open market environment is the top priority for the sustainable development of water supply companies today.The highly automated and information-based advanced management information system can combine the staff experience and computer technology to achieve local optimization targets such as pump unit linkage optimization scheduling,and use artificial intelligence and data mining technology to achieve optimal control and refinement of water supply enterprises.management.It is the only way for the sustainable development of contemporary water supply enterprises to build a complete enterprise information integrated operation management system that uses computer and network technology to realize intelligent and professional operation and covers the whole process of water operation management.Based on the development status of the domestic and international water supply industry management information system and the summary of related literatures,this paper starts from the basic situation of the management information system of YQ water supply company under the background of the water supply enterprise participating in the market operation and the public service function.The existing problems of the information system,propose optimization goals,and propose an integrated intelligent control platform,pipe network GIS management system,equipment simulation management system,operation charge management system,customer service management system,etc.according to the optimization goal to optimize the company's future information system.5 optimization design schemes to realize remote distributed data collection,operation information sharing,real-time visualization of production data,automatic maintenance of equipment maintenance,intelligent prompts for accident planning,automatic statistics generation of production reports,etc.At the same time,this paper also proposes the safeguard measures to achieve the above optimization design,hoping to provide useful reference for the application and optimization of YQ company's management information system in the future,and hope to open up new ideas for the development direction of small and medium-sized municipal enterprises.
