Research And Analysis Of Water Fee Management System Of Wenling Water Supply Company

This system is based on the current situation of the water supply system of Wenling City, and the system is carried out by using object-oriented method, and we use Visual Paradigm for UML and Unified Modeling Language to describe the basic technological process of tap water charge management system and the related business logic model of the system in detail.Tap water charge management system is to improve the water supply enterprise business process level, enhance the business aspects of the work of the coordination degree, strengthen water supply company leadership through computer automation processing software of corresponding business, staff supervision, to establish a cooperative, active and effective customer service environment and the development of multilayer information management system. Tap water charge management system is based on the needs of most water supply companies in China. The system design is based on the daily management of the water supply company, considering the specific work of the water supply company in the process of management, starting from the customer, verification and accounting management, taking into account the system information management, and strive to make the water supply company management to achieve a comprehensive information technology, automation and modernization. By integrating the business processes of the water supply company into the system, the water supply company can improve the level of business processing, improve customer service satisfaction, enhance the public image of the water supply company and ultimately maximize the benefits of the water supply company, including economic and social benefits.The water charge management system will be a part of the information construction of the water supply company. Its ultimate aim is to achieve water company management business in a scientific, standardized, the water company's business process integration to the system in the water supply company to raise the level of business treatment and processing, improve customer service satisfaction, enhance the public image of water supply company and ultimately to achieve the maximal benefit of water supply company, including economic benefit and social benefit.First of all, this paper introduces the background and significance of water management information system, and introduces the status quo of the application of the subject and the research status quo, and elaborated my main work and the design goals of the paper. Secondly, this paper carries on the detailed business demand analysis to the system, and gives the business flow chart of the system, and describes the process in detail. Thirdly, in the function analysis of the system, the function module of the system is divided into four modules:user file management, meter reading management, water fee accounting management, business charge management, bill management, basic information management and system management. In the analysis of the functional modules of the system, the use case diagram and the package diagram of the functional structure are given, and the contents of the system are described in detail. In the analysis of functional data, the main attribute map and database table structure to be described in detail. Finally, the paper summarizes the contents of the study, expounds my main work, points out the shortcomings of the paper, and prospects for further work.This paper has completed the overall design of the system, for the future development and research of the system to lay the foundation.
