The company has a daily water supply capacity of five hundred thousand cubic meters, serving a population of more than 1000000. The company has rich historical experience in terms of operating management.The project considers the situation of Fengkai Company and regards it as the test platform. Through organizing and absorbing experience of group company management, the paper tries to put forward unified information standard of the whole industry, establish water supply system for the data exchange platform, integrate current system, and develop some business system to realize the routinazaiton,standardization and digitization of the whole water supply management process. To realize the digitizaiton of water supply system, it is important to make unified information standard and allow data to be shared in the platform, which provide a good basic for new system connecting. Only the unified information standard is settered, the system can truly realize the digital management of water supply.Otherwise, simply creating a new service system will create one more isolated information island.The author combines his system design and development experience.
