In the process of collaborative design and production of Scientific Research Oriented Enterprises,there are many factors that may result in incomplete or inaccurate data transmission of the entire life cycle of the product,affecting the improvement of research efficiency and production quality.Aerospace Propulsion Institute,as the only Research Center of liquid-propellant rocket engine in our Country,in the situation of more and more rocket launch mission,there original R&D model,such as online-offline mixed management,unlinked system can not meet the requirement.So they decided to carry out a new generation product data management system.Based on the new PDM system,they did a large number of integrations with other system to realize the management,delivery,coordination,and distribution of product data in an electronic and gridded manner to improve the granularity of data management and improve communication.Collaborative efficiency,optimizing business processes.This thesis collects and defines the specific functions and performance requirements of PDM system by analyzing the current situation and business process of PDM management in Aerospace Power Institute.It describes the use case description of each module's function through the use case modeling of five aspects including product management,drawing and document management,approval management,data management and system integration.On the basis of J2 EE platform,using JAVA language as the main programming language and Oracle as the database of data persistence,a PDM system based on B/S architecture mode is developed and designed.Function testing and performance testing are carried out for each function point in the system,and the problems and vulnerabilities found are modified or optimized to ensure the quality of the system operation.After repeated testing and verification,the PDM system implemented in this thesis can meet the requirements and meet the expectations.Through the construction and implementation of PDM system project,the Institute of Aerospace Dynamics has realized the information management of product data of many scientific research projects in the whole institute,and the system runs steadily,which greatly improves the electronization of product data of the Institute of Aerospace Dynamics.At the same time,based on the electronic whole process management of product data and product data accumulation,data reuse,re-extraction,comparison and upgrading can be carried out in the future,which can accumulate technical data for subsequent product design and manufacturing,make certain contributions to improve product performance and quality in the later period,and indirectly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise products.The PDM product data management system designed and implemented in this thesis realizes the electronic and standardized management of drawings,documents and forms and other types of data,and achieves the effective control of product design data version and technical status.It meets the actual needs of product data business management of Aerospace Power Institute,the management business process is simplified and the production efficiency of scientific research is improved.Therefore,the design and implementation of this project as a research topic,has a strong reference significance.
