Design And Implementation Of Electronic Document AVIDM System

PDM technology was first appeared in the early 1980 s,and the purpose is to solve the problem on a large number of computer management of engineering drawings,technical documents and CAD files.With the development of computer technology and business demand for PDM technology,applications of PDM technology are also expanding.Now,PDM technology has become the summary of such information management technologies as engineering data management,document management,product information management,technical data management and image management.AVIDM system,as a typical PDM product,can achieve comprehensive integrated information management from product manufacturing information to administrative office information for company's information and tightly integrate the "island-style" application system to standardize design and management so that enterprises can save,share and fully utilize years of experience and resources.The purpose of implement AVIDM is to use computer networks to establish integrated product development system,during product development process,allowing users to ensure consistency of information,integrity and effectiveness of the accurate data,and pass the precise date in the required format on accurate time to users and gradually adapt the requirements of aerospace enterprises' information management stimulating industrialization by information management.In the new market environment and business environment,the high-tech integrated by advanced manufacturing technology and modern management model and driven by information technology has become the direction of development of modern enterprises.In order to win the competition in the increasingly fierce market environment,leaders in my institute decide to put technological innovation and organizational innovation,management innovation together and based on PDM system,strive to achieve enterprise-wide informatization and improve market competitiveness to win the market competition.The implementation of AVIDM system in my institute has been successfully applied to the development of various technical departments and plays an active role on enterprise continuous development and gradually wins the market competition.AVIDM system is mature and stable to meet my institute's application requirements.During the project's implementation,the project team constantly sums up and improve themselves to greatly exercise the technical support team.Engineers in the application process also strengthen the concept of information integration and understanding and constantly improve the level of application.The information management modal in my institute is also improved from the traditional manual management to an electronic-based,supplemented by paper management.The model that design data is stored centrally with unified access control,is much more efficiency and standardizes data management.AVIDM project leads to my institute's information management process,improving working efficiency,reducing repeated works,optimizing the business processes,and enhancing the normalization and standardization of working operations.All above indicate that the successful implementation of the project AVIDM greatly improves the information management in my institute,and lays a good foundation of talent and application for digital aerospace.
