Design Study The Manufacturing Equipment Product Information Management Application Based On The Existed Avidm System

After nearly50years’development, a set of exclusively complete production management system has been formed gradually for Beijing XingHang Mechanical-Electrical Equipment Factory.Howerver, with the development of computer information technology and model product, the original management methods can not meet the requirement of production development. In particular, an efficient management system is needed to achieve the management for data and information in the process of designing and manufacturing missile manufacturing equipment, experiences for us to realize follow-up model product’s structural management.The subject based on the existing system for process equipment Avidm information management system of meaning and purpose, analysis of which is based on the design project of the Avidm system’s existing manufacturing equipment information management system,adopting advanced computer and network technology,based on the J2EE framework,desinging the plan,based on the existing Avidm system design of manufacturing equipment management system,ealizing the function design of technology and equipment management system.By the second exploit of SolidWorks,realising the combination of SolidWorks and Avidm. Finally,via the text of existing manufacturing equipment of Avidm,we can see that the design is based on the rationalization of the existing Avidm system’s manufacturing equipment information management. The system is operated safely and stablly meeting the practical requirements,which can realise the routing, standardization, structured and systematic of the manufacturing equipment management and the combination of the system of Solidwork and Avidm,solving the problem of the process that the manufacturing equipment’s datas enter into the system,carrying out the information management.
