| In recent years,with the continuous development of digital technology,the importance of digital technology in the field of museum research and application has gradually been taken seriously,and digital museums have been on the rise in China.At present,the demand for visits to physical museums in China is increasing day by day,which has exerted tremendous pressure on limited display resources and space resources.The contradiction between the protection and display of collections has become increasingly prominent.The emergence of the digital museum on the one hand responded to the construction requirements of the "Internet +" era,on the other hand,it also provided a new solution to resolve these conflicts.However,the positioning of digital museums in China and even in the world is still vague.Most digital museums are in a dilemma between the institutional attachment of physical museums and the entertainment needs of users' visual interactions.As the development of the Internet is shifting from content to userspecific special period,the top-down communication strategy of the museum obviously cannot meet the fragmentation,multi-dimensional and spontaneous content communication needs of users.The identity of the digital museum should be placed in the user.In the process of its dissemination,the user should be engaged in in-depth interactions at what stage and in what scale.It is an issue that is not widely discussed but urgently needs to be discussed.Starting from the definition and current situation of digital museums,this paper attempts to find out the difference between it and the traditional physical museum in the perspective of mass communication.Taking Baidu Encyclopedia Digital Museum as an example,it summarizes the dilemma of the development of digital museums and the service of digital museums.Functional and communication strategies have made several innovative recommendations to play a role in the future development of digital museums.The discussion in this paper will be divided into the following points:Chapter One Introduction.This paper introduces the research background and research methods of this paper,and comprehensively enumerates the research status of digital museums at the level of mass communication.Chapter 2: Introduction to Digital Museums.By comparing the digital museum with the traditional physical museum,the preliminary definition of the digital museum is summarized,and the characteristics and functions of the digital museum as the mass media are summarized.Chapter 3: The necessity and possibility of digital museum product design and communication strategy innovation.Based on the current operational data of the Digital Museum,this chapter analyzes the development and communication dilemma of digital museums from the perspective of user participation,and analyzes the possibility of digital museum product design and propagation path improvement based on policy and technical background.The fourth chapter: Taking Baidu Encyclopedia Digital Museum as an example,it has carried out innovative research on the design and transmission path of digital museum products.Taking Baidu Encyclopedia Digital Museum as an example,the digital museum's product service function design and communication strategy were innovatively designed,adding user feedback and communication mechanism,and proposed a digital museum construction strategy with user choice as the leading and institutional system as the guarantee.Chapter 5: Summary.The core thesis is summarized in the core,and the definition of digital museum,the dilemma of current development,and the innovation of communication path are emphasized. |
