Since the birth of the museum in the 18th century,its function has undergone significant changes.With the constant changes of The Times and the continuous development of the museum business,the museum is no longer limited to social functions such as collection,protection,research and education.Instead,it regards the process of displaying,communicating and sharing its information as a comprehensive process of cultural communication,and the function of social communication have become increasingly prominent.As not only the storeroom of historical relics but also the media of spiritual culture,museums pay more attention to the transmission and inheritance of cultural information.The transformation of the museum's functions brought about the improvement of the status of audiences.Museums have changed from the one-way transmission of cultural resources with audiences to the two-way interaction of audiences and the demand of entertainment consumption.This transformation is reflected in the process of museum's business,paying more attention to the status and feedback of the audience.The effective dissemination of museum information has become the most effective bridge for communication between museums and audiences.Therefore,on the basis of the smooth transmission of information in museums,how to broaden the information transmission channels,establish a reasonable and effective communication mode,and improve the communication effect from the feedback of the audience have great academic research value.This thesis starts with the theory of communication and combines the theory of communication with the practice of museum communication to discuss the universality of the museum as a mass media and the particularity of different communication activities.Similar to mass communication,museum communication activities have five communication elements of general communication activities,namely,the subject of communication,the object of communication,the medium of communication,the content of communication,and the effect of communication.The dissemination of museum information is also in line with the mass communication model,namely,linear mode,two-way circulation mode and multi-directional interaction mode.Based on this,this paper will analyze the specific modes of communication in the museum practice.This paper takes the Tsingtao Beer Museum,a typical representative of the industry museum,as a case study of the museum's communication model.First of all,it systematically sorts out the cultural and historical background,the main body of communication,the content and ways of communication,the effect of communication and feedback of Tsingtao Beer Museum.Secondly,the information communication mode of Tsingtao Beer Museum is summarized based on the aspects of exhibitions,publicity and cultural and creative operations,and the feedback of communication effects,combined with specific examples and activities.Finally,based on the practice of information dissemination activities of Tsingtao Brewery Museum,the paper analyzes the experience and shortcomings of its information dissemination activities,Finally,based on the practice of information dissemination activities of Tsingtao Brewery Museum,the paper analyzes the experience and shortcomings of its information dissemination activities,and then puts forward specific suggestions and improvement methods for the information dissemination activities of Tsingtao Beer Museum.
