Research On Product Data Management Process Of G Company Based On Windchill

With the rapid development of economy,the business of enterprises is also accelerating its expansion.At the same time,higher requirements are put forward for the management of product data.Many enterprises have introduced product data management system.G company is a large wind power enterprise in China.With the rapid development of the industry and itself,it has more and more product categories.The product data is managed based on the Windchill system,mainly including the classification of parts,technical data,EBOM approval and archiving,and the management of product data changes.However,there are still some links of manual editing in the product data management process,the process data of the product is still unstructured data,and the change process lacks less closed-loop management,which leads to the inconsistency of the data in the flow process and low work efficiency,affecting the delivery date of the product and customer satisfaction.Based on the investigation of the current process of product data management and the construction of information platform of G company,this study analyzes the problems in the main process of product data management,process data management and change data management.Relying on the theoretical basis of product data management,business process reorganization,integrated management,simulation and so on,the program design of the core process of product data management of G company is carried out.Firstly,three key product data management processes are designed,and then the new process involves EBOM management,MBOM and process management,change management,integration and other schemes are designed.The integration of front-end and design tools can achieve design collaboration,and the integration of back-end and downstream system ERP and MES can achieve business collaboration.At the same time,the data consistency from design to manufacturing can be guaranteed through the structuring of process data and closed-loop change management.The feasibility of the optimized process scheme was verified by Arena simulation.Finally,according to the design scheme,the implementation of product data project of model G company was carried out,and the effect of the scheme was compared before and after implementation,which verified the improvement brought by this research to G company.This study analyzed and sorted out the status quo of the product data management process of G company,built the product data management framework with BOM as the core,and constructed the upstream and downstream cooperation mechanism.Through this study,the product data management of G company can be improved to a certain extent.At the same time,it can provide certain reference for other enterprises in the same industry,and guide other enterprises in optimizing product data management to choose appropriate schemes according to their own business characteristics to improve the management of enterprises.This paper contains 36 figures,20 tables and 54 references.
