Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of Private Libraries In China Is Based On The Investigation And Analysis Of Some Private Libraries In Jiangsu And Zhejiang Provinces

After entering the 21 st century,the cultural needs of the social population are growing.As an effective supplement to the public cultural service system,the private library has gradually played an increasingly important role to make up for the vacancy and deficiency of the public cultural service system.However,private libraries have encountered many problems on the road of development.Even some private libraries are facing the dilemma of closure.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on how to develop private libraries.Based on the investigation cases in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,this paper discusses the development of the national library,introduces the theory of sustainable development,and puts forward the basic ideas and basic strategies for the sustainable development of our national library.The development of the library provides a theoretical and practical reference.This article consists of four parts:The first part(Chapter 1-2)is an overview of the basic issues.Firstly,the research background of this paper and the research status of private libraries are analyzed.The research contents,research methods,research ideas and research significance of this paper are introduced.Secondly,it summarizes the basic issues involved in this paper,including the definition of the relevant concepts of private libraries,the division of types and the theory to be introduced in this paper,in order to give an accurate grasp of the relevant issues of the research of our national library.The second part(Chapter 3)is the status quo survey.Combined with network research and field research,we conducted a survey on the overall status and specific conditions of our national library,and conducted case classification analysis based on the first-hand information of fie d research.-The third part(Chapter 4)is the analysis of the problem.On the basis of the analysis of the survey data,the problems existing in the development of private libraries and the internal and external factors are discussed.The fourth part(Chapters 5-6)considers the sustainable development of private libraries.Based on the above analysis,this paper believes that the current status of private libraries is not conducive to stable and sustainable development,and it is necessary to introduce scientific sustainable development theory and adopt sustainable development strategies.This paper first clarifies the connotation of the theory of sustainable development and the significance of introducing the theory of sustainable development in the research of private libraries,and proposes the basic idea of the development of private libraries under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development,namely:the theory of sustainable development Guide;base on reality,lay a solid foundation;face the future,carefully plan;realize the healthy and stable development of private libraries.Secondly,based on the basic ideas,the main strategies for the sustainable development of private libraries under the existing conditions are discussed from five aspects:goal establishment,organization management,financing,endogenous development and external force.
