Shan Xi Private Picture Book Library From The Perspective Of Compectitive Intelligence Research

The picture book library is a kind of private library,mainly for urban children,the way to carry out the cultural services is membership,and is the independent libraries of city.The rise of the city-building movement,the family's emphasis on the enlightenment reading of children,the lack of public cultural resources,the implementation of the second child policy,which will promote the prosperity of the early development of educational institutions,but also promote the production of the picture book library.The creation of the picture book library can cultivate children's reading interests,make up for the shortcomings of public library services,enhance the cultural atmosphere of the community,but also provide parents with the exchange of parenting experience exchange space.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the overall development and cases of Shanxi private picture book library,and takes them as the main object of the evaluation.In order to get the primary data the author took the way to interview and made the questionnaire with the Chief Librarian and librarian.The author drew lessons from the domestic and foreign research results,and unifies the competitive intelligence related theory and the method,discussed the present situation of the independent children library in Shanxi Province.According to the situation of the private picture book library in Shanxi Province,this paper put forward the necessity of developing the competitive intelligence work in the Shanxi Independent private picture book library,and analyzed the competitive power of the Shanxi private picture book library by using the framework of competitive intelligence research.so as to form a set of mature development strategy of the private picture book library in Shanxi,which will be the reference and guidance for the future management and development of other private picture book library.On the basis of the analysis of the above,the paper summarizes the development strategy of the Shanxi private picture book library: Firstly,from the development of the library itself,librarian should construct the core business with the characteristics of the library,enhance the service quality of the library itself;Secondly,from the perspective of public support,including volunteer support strategies,word of mouth publicity strategy;Thirdly,from the perspective of government support,the government should make the policy and standard for the purchase of picture books,and then recognize the identity of the non-profit organization of the private picture book library,to provide a low-rentcommunity space for the private library;Fourthly,from the perspective of public cultural sector support,The private picture book library should be incorporated into the public library services System,the government should allow the private picture book library to participate in the construction of Shanxi public cultural system,and allow them to participate in the cultural sector organization of business training.
