The Research On The Sustainable Development Mechanism Of Rural Library In Hefei In The Construction Of New Countryside

Along with economic development and social progress, the spiritual and cultural needs of broad masses of peasants keep increasing continually. Farmers always say that the largest gap between citizens and them is the culture. It reflects the importance of public supply of cultural products in the process of new Rural constructing. Rural Library project is an important part of the new Rural construction, and the build of a socialist public cultural service system is an inevitable part of the build of a harmonious socialist society.This paper uses the theory of the sustainable development of Rural Library as a guide, based on the actual research of the situation of the construction and management of Rural Library in Hefei, applies the research methods including questionnaire survey, interviews and case analysis to discuss the sustainable development mechanism of Rural Library in details. We first search the literatures of the Rural Library development mechanism in database to collect useful information for establishing a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of Rural Library. Then we analyze the materials we collect in order to find out some problems, identify some innovation point and complete a literature review. Next we select some representative Rural libraries to interview face to face to get an overview of the current situation of their construction and management in depth and collate some further primary source. Finally we summarize the materials we collect and propose some niche-targeting measures to help the sustainable development of the Rural Library in Hefei to form the whole paper.The research of the sustainable development of Rural Library in Hefei in this paper includes the contents as below:First introduce the background and significance of this study and also the ideas and methods used in this paper. Then point out the innovation and some inadequacies. In this paper we focus on some theoretical research related to the construction of Rural Library and the relationship between the Rural Library project and new Rural community construction.In the status analysis of Rural Library in Hefei, through field investigations, the author get a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the Rural Library's construction in Hefei, collect the needs of the readers using Rural Library and present them by introducing specific cases. The author summarizes the following four insufficient aspects of the sustainable development of the Rural Library projects in Hefei, including the follow-up of funds, the construction and the needs of Rural residents, the management of the Rural Library and the reader's awareness of it.At the end of this paper, some specific measures for the puzzles we raise up have been proposed. One is attracting enough attention to the important role of Rural Library in the new Rural construction, then some other specific measures on different perspective of capital, management, promotion need to be further. In order to operate the Rural Library well fundamentally, the continuous and uninterrupted concern to it need to be maintain.
