With the advent of the information age,the electronic teaching reference resources have become an important new educational resource in colleges and universities.The University library is the information distributing center of the university,has the unique superiority in the electronic education participation resources system construction,and plays the important role.Under the circumstance of digitalization,it is one of the problems to be solved in the construction of library resources to give full play to the advantages and the construction of the electronic educational reference resources system.In this paper,four kinds of research methods,such as comparative analysis and case analysis,are used to investigate the current situation of China-US electronic reference resources system,and expound the necessity,feasibility,advantages and principles of the construction of the Electronic education reference resources system in the library.On this basis,through the investigation of the construction of the electronic reference resources system of the top 20 universities in China and the United States,selecting the Electronic teaching reference system and the course navigation two kinds of resource construction forms to investigate,contrasting and analyzing the development similarities and differences between China and America,mainly embodied in:the construction ways of the electronic At present,China is more inclined to unite to construct the electronic education participation system,and the degree of completeness and integration of the electronic education participation system in Chinese universities is relatively low.The construction of the electronic teaching reference resources of curriculum navigation mode in China is slow.At the same time,the author of Xiamen University Library as an example of the case study,detailed description of the library e-Reference resources system construction,and analysis of the library's existing problems,put forward suggestions for improvement.Finally,according to our country's national conditions,the paper puts forward six development strategies of electronic education reference resources system.
