A Comparative Study Of User Rights Norms In Private University Libraries

In today's legal society,the awareness of library users' rights has gradually increased,and the cultivation of users' rights consciousness has become a long-term and arduous task.At present,users in the private university libraries enjoy those rights,how to exercise power,how to exercise their rights and respect others' rights while exercising their rights,and what norms are formulated by the library to guarantee the rights of the users.The existence of these problems affects the development of the library.At present,there are few research documents on the rights norms of private university libraries.In order to more accurately grasp the current status of user rights norms of private university libraries,find out the existing problems in each library,and finally find out the solutions.Therefore,the research is realistic and worth studying.The object of this paper is the selection of private university libraries of the national top 20,through case analysis,literature survey,online survey and comparative analysis of the private university libraries user rights norms.The main research contents of the five parts,the first chapter is the introduction part,mainly from the research background and significance of the research.Four aspects of the status,research contents and methods and innovations.The second chapter mainly expounds the basic theory of user rights norms in private university libraries,that is,the relevant concepts of library users' rights norms,the relationship between library users' rights norms and the origin of library users' rights norms.The third chapter makes a comparative study of the user rights norms of the 20 private university libraries,and the research contents include two aspects: the comparison of the basis of the private university libraries and the standard of user rights.The content of the rights norm is mainly from the seven aspects: the standard of user privacy,the standard of the user's time and space rights,the standard of user participation right,the standard of the user's right to borrow the right,the standard of the user's right to education,the standard of the user's right to know and the standard of the user's security.The problems of sexual norms.The fourth chapter is about the gain and loss of user rights norms in private university libraries.The fifth part is a summary of the study of this article.
