Reading is the basic way to inherit civilization,update knowledge and improve the quality of the people.Public libraries are closely related to the development of urban culture.The information resource advantages of public libraries,as well as their fair,public welfare,equal and inclusive nature of service,determine that they are always the advocates,organizers and practitioners of promoting national reading activities.With the acceleration of the socialization process of public libraries in China and the enhancement of public cultural service awareness,the governmentfunctions are gradually changing from being completely arranged by the government to attracting social forces to participate in the construction of public library services.These changes reflect two phenomena:the necessity of the government to introduce social forces and the urgency of the transformation of public libraries in China.With the participation of social forces in the management and development of public libraries,they will be more dynamic and meet the public's demand for culture in terms of service construction.On the one hand,public libraries advocate the construction of a scholarly society and equal service system;on the other hand,they promote and enrich people's cultural literacy and knowledge.Providing comfortable reading environment and excellent reading service for.readers is one of the aims of public,library transformation.The socialization of public libraries can not only transform the functions of the government and reduce the financial burden of the government,but also promote the innovation of the service mode of public libraries.Compared with western countries,China's public library service construction is still in the exploratory stage in introducing social forces to participate in practice.In hefei area of the investigation of the status quo of the socialization of the public library services,summing up the experience of success case,at the same time thinking about the problems existing in the development of practice,the analysis of existing problems,through their own thinking and Suggestions to improve the contents of the related literature summary,hope for hefei area in the introduction of social forces to participate in the process of construction of public library services to offer help.Paper mainly includes six parts:the first part mainly introduces the background of the construction of Chinese public cultural services and the significance of social forces to participate in construction of public cultural services,for social forces to participate in the current situation of the construction of public cultural services at home and abroad were reviewed,expounded in this paper,the basic theory of related articles and briefly describe the research contents,research methods and innovations;The second part is the survey design of social forces' participation in the service construction of public libraries in hefei.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the social forces participating in the public library service construction in hefei.The fourth part is to select social forces with good participation as cases for analysis.Among the for-profit social enterprises,anhui xinhua bookstore co.,LTD.,anhui huabo shengxun information technology co.,ltd.and anhui zhiben cultural communication co.,ltd.were selected as the key investigation objects.In this type of individuals selected hefei children's library small volunteers hefei city library volunteer team and changfeng county library volunteer service team as the focus of the investigation;Among the non-profit social organizations,chaohu aichao social work service center and anhui sunflower public education service center were selected as the key investigation objects.The fifth part is about the problems and difficulties of social forces participating in the public library service construction in hefei.By combining the problems found in the survey with those put forward in relevant literature,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by social forces in the service construction of public libraries in hefei,and summarizes the reasons from the problems.The sixth part is the suggestion of social forces participating in the public library service construction in hefei.The fifth part of the problem to propose solutions.The seventh part is the summary and prospect.
