The Research Of PDM And DNC Integration Project Risk Control

With the continuous development of IT and information technology continues progress,enterprise application integration has become an important research topic.The DNC,PDM information system of pre-construction use distributed input,resulting in "islands of information",In order to solve the islands of information systems,the most practical way is to integrate various islands of information together organically.More and more people realize the importance of the information system integration,but because information system integration process has many uncertain potential risks,so the risk management and control for integrated project has become a top priority.Starting form the background of information integration project risk management and the current domestic and foreign studies,this paper presents the related concepts and fundamental theories of risk management,and then determines the PDM and DNC system integration solutions,The author gives detailed analysis of integration projects,project risk identification,project risk assessment,project risk control:the main source of risk has been identified,and assessed by using risk indicators,and study the appropriate risk control measures,the implementation of the project risks are manageable level.
