With the development of modern electronic system towards large-scale and high-complexity,more and more large-scale digital circuits,automatic control systems and other systems have appeared.Although bringing convenience to people,these systems are confronted with many problems,such as the complicated design process,the difficulty to repair faults,the diverse design goals and so on.Based on the evolutionary theory,this paper firstly improves the evolutionary algorithm to obtain the evolutionary circuit.Then,the heterogeneous evaluation is performed by using the association selection strategy,and further a heterogeneous redundant fault-tolerant circuit system is obtained.Finally,the fault mode is introduced to complete the fault tolerance test.The main research works are as follows:1)Constructing the evolutionary circuit models based on analyzing the evolutionary hardware and the principle of circuit evolution.The network structure and model of evolutionary circuit are established by analyzing the evolution process of the whole system.The circuit coding scheme is designed,thus completing the encoding of circuit chromosomes.The redundant tolerant circuit model is constructed to improve the robustness of the circuit system.2)Designing fitness evaluation strategy and selection method in circuit evolutionary algorithm.The evaluation strategy of circuit fitness is improved by introducing the evolutionary efficiency factors.The selection pressure of the population increases by analyzing the selection strategy of the genetic operator,realizing the control of the population diversity.Under the control of diverse population structure and algorithm,the convergence efficiency of the circuit is improved.3)Designing evaluation experiment on heterogeneous degree the of redundant circuit based on relational selection strategy.By analyzing the grey relational method and seeking for factors affecting the heterogeneous degree evaluation method and system fault probability,the heterogeneous degree evaluation strategy of the relational selection strategy is designed.Thus,the heterogeneous degree of the circuit is evaluated.4)Introducing the fault model,the simulation experiment of circuit system with fault injection is carried out.By analyzing failure cause and introducing fault model,the stuck-at faults,the bridge faults and the parameter drift faults are simulated.The stabilityand reliability of the heterogeneous redundant circuit system designed based on the association selection method are verified.Experimental results show that the convergence rate of the population is improved by the evolutionary algorithm that introduces the evolutionary efficiency factors and increases the selection pressure.Heterogeneous redundant circuits based on relational selection strategy can evaluate heterogeneous degree of circuits,enhance the fault-tolerant and anti-interference ability of the system,and improve the stability and robustness of the system.
