Evolvable hardware is an indispensable part in modern electronic systems.With the increasingly widely applied range of analog circuit,its working condition becomes more various and complex.The failures of circuits happen more frequently.In order to ensure the stability of circuits in special environment,fault-tolerance design for circuit is very important.Fault-tolerance means that if some errors occur in the electronic system,it still maintains acceptable performance.It is design the three mode redundant circuit for the three common mistakes in this paper which has good fault tolerance.An improved evolution circuit coding method is adopted in this paper.The shared coding method is designed by combining the network coding and the linear coding together.In the shared coding method,the previous element and the latter element share the same node.Then the circuit is mapped by the defined rules.The shared coding method can effectively avoid the illegal circuit of the suspended individuals in the network table coding.The shared coding method can represent a circuit structure which is more abundant than linear codes.And it is beneficial to the evolution of large scale circuits.Finally,it is verified by experiments that the coding method can simulate the evolution of the circuit.By analyzing the negative correlation evolution algorithm,it designs a double negative population evolution algorithm by using crossover mutation of the local competition mechanism.A negative correlation circuit is obtained by experiment.Then the negative tolerance circuit and a single circuit do the simulation test for single element short circuit fault.The experiment shows that the heterogeneous redundancy circuit has better fault tolerance than the single circuit.This paper conduct circuit the fault tolerance experiment with a new three mode redundant circuit,especially aim at "parameter drift","single element short circuit" and "single element break circuit",which are the three most common faults in analog circuit.It simulate amplitude frequency characteristic curve under these three kinds of fault conditions.And compare the average fitness and the average failure rate with other circuits.By observing the tolerance ability of three mode redundant circuit in experiment,the results show that the three modular redundancy circuit has good fault tolerance especially for the common faults of circuit.
