Research On The Document Resources Constructing And Sharing Modes Of University And College Libraries In The Northwest Area Of China

Resource sharing is a new measure,which is brought forward in order to tackle the economic crisis.Library document resource is built together and shared,that is collectively referred to as resource coordination manner,while library world cope with economic crisis with economic terms.In northwest area of college library,who is facing serious internal and external problem,in order to get out of trouble and realize their own cultural value and historical mission,we must make the way of sharing resource.At present building shared resource home and abroad,method of research and practice is mainly qualitative,which don't brings obvious benefits and results.Writer,used investment benefit rate in economics,do quantitative analysis to northwest area of college library resources,with specific figure,directly descript growth rate of library revenue which is attributable to the building shared resource.By investigating present condition of northwest area of college library with different methods,and analyzing mode of sharing resource,problem is found,which restrict the development of university library,that is the irrational structure of literature,repetitive utilization,severe waste and drastic external competition etc.Finally,on the basis of analyze merits of“shaanxi college interlibrary lending services platform",with history and reality of the northwest and regional culture characteristics,by learning from successes home and abroad,using project management,specific steps and methods are put forward to ensure construction of building the shared mode of northwest area of college libraries document resources,while Projects is conducted by various process control and economic and social benefit of which is valued,furthermore to manage the whole process of project.
