Research On The Technology Standard Of Regional Information Resource Sharing System In University Library Based On Needs In The Network

The practice of sharing of resources generated from the human society, the library started. After the20th century90s, with the development of information technology, library information resources shared through the network and computer more. However, due to the imbalance of computer and network technology and different application, making technology and technical standards has become problems in the library information resources sharing system to be solved. This paper through the research on the technology standard of regional information resource sharing system in high school library based on needs in the network, in combination with the user’s survey data and librarians’interviews records developed a technical standards target frame of regional information resource sharing system.This paper begins elaborating the concept of technical conditions and technical standards for information resources sharing, noting that technical conditions are the basis of technical standards, technical standardization is the basic guarantee for the system interoperability, followed by study of the interoperability mechanism of library heterogeneous resources and heterogeneous platform, offered a interoperability conceptual framework of library information resource sharing system in the network, then based on the interoperability conceptual framework of library information resource sharing system. Through the literature survey and network retrieval methods summed up and concluded the technical concepts and standards which related to regional information resources sharing. And on this basis for further research to make it more systematic and complete, And form a technical standards framework of library information resources sharing, including library’s computer hardware systems, software systems, network communication conditions interoperability between computer systems, networks standardization,all sectors of digital information from generation to service and so on.Secondly, with achieve interoperability framework of library information resource sharing system design the questionnaire investigation. Through the survey, from the use of satisfaction of using the regional resource sharing system to understand the resource sharing system’s using situation of the colleges and universities users, and through an actual survey data analysis and sums up the current China’s regional information resource sharing system in university library inadequacy of technical requirements. At the same time, through the interview, from the perspective of sharing system staff to understand the situation of technical standards’research and construction of the current regional information resource sharing information system in university library, as well as managers of the university library’s views and issues on Regional Information Resource Sharing System in University Library.Finally, the in-depth analysis and comparison the user survey data and interview data of librarians, from the perspective of user needs, based on the technical standards framework of library information resources sharing system, build a technical standards target frame of regional information resource sharing system, combined with the library of the actual work processes, make a achieve interoperability framework of library information resource sharing system. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to achieve it. Followed by a return visit to the relevant university library’s front-line staff, and received application prospect feedback of the technical standards target frame of regional information resource sharing system.
