Research On Information Resource Sharing Strategy Of Regional Library Alliance Under The Background Of Internet Of Things

Internet of Things(IOT)technology is a new concept after computer technology,Internet technology and mobile communication network technology.It is a new wave of information technology revolution in recent years.Internet of Things(IOT)technology realizes interconnection and interoperability through various wireless communications,wired networks and various terminal devices on the basis of the Internet.In recent years,various industries are increasing efforts to study the application of Internet of Things technology in this industry.The development of Internet of Things technology plays a very important role in promoting economic development,and can promote the transformation of economic development situation and social progress.Internet of Things(IOT)technology is an important technical support for the establishment of intelligent libraries and regional library alliances.In the application of libraries,RFID technology,sensors and wireless transmission network have been applied to self-service lending system,electronic reader's card,intelligent bookshelf,intelligent monitoring of libraries,AR interactive picture books,somatosensory corridor,seat reservation and other services;in the regional library alliance,it is becoming more and more important to truly realize cross-regional and cross-system alliance cooperation through Internet of Things technology.?Constantly sharing information resources is an important means to give full play to the maximum utility of library information resources and meet the information needs of all kinds of users.The development of Internet of Things technology opens up new ideas and methods for information resource sharing of Regional Library consortia,effectively expands the scope of information resource sharing and improves the efficiency of information resource sharing.Based on the research of information resource sharing of regional library consortia at home and abroad,this paper briefly introduces the connotation,architecture and key technologies of Internet of Things technology,summarizes the definition,characteristics and types of Regional Library consortia,and analyses the content,characteristics and principles of information resource sharing of regional library consortia under the background of Internet of Things.Through combing the basic situation of Hunan Regional Library Alliance,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis on the information resources sharing of Hunan Regional Library Alliance under the background of Internet of Things,finds out the problems existing in the information resources sharing of Hunan Regional Library Alliance,and puts forward the establishment of specialized institutions for information resources sharing of Regional Library Alliance and the establishment and improvement of Regional Library Alliance letter.The investmentmechanism of information resources sharing,the strategy of ensuring the security of information resources sharing in Regional Library consortia,and the strategy of enhancing the propaganda and training ability of information resources sharing in Regional Library consortia.
