Research And Analysis On Management System Of Investment Project Library In Taizhou Economic Development Zone

With the accelerated pace of economic globalization and deepening of adjustment of industrial structure, investment promotion has been seen as "Number One Project" by the local government to pay attention to, the government has increased the intensity of investment to keep the regional economic grow steadily and healthily, to strengthen the regional economy. While investment projects is the basis of investment promotion, so how to reinforce the management of investment projects’library is the core of current investment promotion and also the hot shot of local government. Since the rapid development of information and internet technology has opened up lots of new ways of investment promotion, the management system of investment projects’ library, which can share the projects’ information, make examining and approving projects more quick, track the projects more convenient, is more and more important particularly. Therefore, the paper on researching and analyzing the management system of investment projects’ library is actually the practice and sublimation of this idea.Base on the actual situation of construction of Taizhou’s investment projects’ library, the paper first introduced the background and significance of the management system of investment projects’ library, defined the content and main work of the paper； After that, the paper conducted business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis in detail, according to the content of management system of investment projects library. Under business analysis, the paper analyzed the problem of traditional system and the original business flow, then gave out the improved business flow; under functional analysis, the paper defined the system’s function by analyzing the data flow and data dictionary, gave out the overall architecture of the system and the structure of each functional module, including management of intentional projects, management of preparation for construction projects, management of projects under construction, statistical analysis of projects and management of base data of system and so on; under data analysis, the paper analyzed the data every function need to deal with, gave out the E-R diagrams and built up the construction of the database table. Finally, the paper summarized the research content, elaborated the main work, also pointed out some insufficiency in this paper, and the further work is prospected.
