This subject is entrusted to design the control system of wrapping type epoxy coil winding machine,and the insulating material is epoxy fiberglass yarn.The control system of wrapping type epoxy coil winding machine consists of five parts,they are winding spindle,automatic cable,automatic winding epoxy glass fiber yarn row,constant tension yarn,laying frame.Each part is calculated and controlled by a separate subroutine.Each subroutine has an I/O interface for other subroutines to call data,in order to achieve automatic control of the entire device.It is provided by the magnetic powder clutch tension tension.Compared with traditional winding machine,it has the advantages of high production efficiency,low material loss and better performance of the coil.It is provided by the magnetic powder clutch tension tension.As it is a wire and insulated(semi-cured epoxy glass fiber yarn)around the device,so the accuracy of the cable and the requirements of high yarn.In order to increase the accuracy of automatic cable and automatic threading,the equipment has made the following improvements.The winding motor is changed from the variable frequency motor to the servo motor,in order to increase the control precision of the spindle.Increase the angle control to ensure that the yarn does not produce large deformation or winding.Change fixed pay-off frame to mobile pay-off frame,which can automatically track to ensure the wire deflection angle<±15°.Energy saving is an important development direction of transformers.Reduce the consumption of transformers(transformer core and wire loss),in order to achieve energy reduction.The wound epoxy coil consists mainly of wire,layer insulation and end insulation.The traditional winding process is that after each layer of wire winding system is completed,workers manually make end insulation at both ends of coils with insulating paper,then wrap one or more layers of insulating paper on the entire layer as an insulation of equal thickness.Due to the potential difference between two layers is add up with the number of turns,so the thickness of layer insulation is decided by the maximum potential deference of two wires.It is low efficiency,more supplies,very uneconomical to use the traditional process of winding coil.Wrapping epoxy coil winding machine provides a new winding method.Minus the work of the production of insulation and insulation layer of the work to achieve the same wire and insulation around the system.It can be achieved layer insulation thickness changes with the potential difference between layers.This method improves the production efficiency while reducing the material loss,and it can also effectively improve the performance of the transformer coil.In this paper,we designed an automatic control system with fault diagnosis and trapezoidal insulation winding by carefully studying the traditional winding process,foreign advanced wire and insulation co-winding process,combined with the mechanical structure and special process requirements of the company's equipment.The coil winding process,mechanical structure,electrical structure,control program,and human-machine interface configuration of the dry epoxy coil winding machine will be described in detail below.
