In recent years,the electric-bike industry have been developed flourishing with the promotion of clean energy.The hub motor as the core component,its stator 's winding process has not been covered by automatic winding machines yet in our country,not to mention the information degree.The paper aims at production demands of workshop with automation shape,explores the application of information technology in specific links.The goal is to design and realize a job management system applied to this plant.Firstly,the thesis summarize d the techniques of modern management and machine winding,designed the function based on problems;secondly,it proposed an encoding method which combines batch splitting and scheduling after the production models' inductive modeling,designed a scheduling method based on artificial bee colony algorithm;thirdly,described the workshop status and designed the communication scheme based on star network structure,analyzed customer's specific requirements and feasibility of information technology in specific links;fourthly,designed system's architecture and submodules and database by choosing suitbale tools;at last,the thesis realized every submodules and tested the algorithm,thus enabled the function of manufacturing management and network platform.The pattern of the system is a combination of C/S and B/S,which is constructed by using three-tier architectures,the database is SQL Server 2008.System adopts the C#.NET technology to design the client,which is practical and efficient with a friendly interface;the scheduling algorithm is designed by using MATLAB based on artificial bee colony,which is a successful attempt to intelligent manufacturing and has greatly improved the production efficiency;the web platform was constructed by using ASP.NET which adapted to the development of the internet.The actual application indicates that the system has the strong robustness,has greatly improved the automation and informatization levels.
