The filament pipeline winding machine is a critical equipment that products aquarium depositor and pipeline, glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline is called FRP pipeline in English, it has some significant advantages such as convenient installation, corrosion resistance, high strength, stable qulity, low cost, easy automated production and so on, which has being applied more and more in the petroleum, chemical water and gas engineering. Meanwhile, fiber winding technology is an integrated technology, including composite material, macromolecule chemistry, mathematics, electronics and computer, etc.By analyzing the locomotion character of filament pipeline winding machine , combining with the newest winding technology and the request of winding rules, the open fiament pipeline winding CNC system based on the IPC and PMAC motion control card as the core is advocated in this dissertation, which combined the advantages of IPC and PMAC, takes full advantage of the openness and sophisticated PID regulation, such as spline curve interpolation functions to meet processing requirements for different types of FRP pipe, which can realize screw winding and annular winding.Meanwhile, the configuration principle of computer control and the whole design of control system are discussed in this dissertion. According to the analysis of winding precision and servosystem based on the demands of pipeline control system and premium properties of AC servosystem, semi-closed-loop servosystem structure and Panasonic MINAS A series for digital AC servosystem are applied, different control methods are also adopted to the main shaft and carriage, the main shaft applies the speed control mode, and the carriage adopts the position control mode.In the end, considering the demands of friendly interface, good real-time characteristic, high precision, and so on, control system software is designed, this software is programmed using Visual C++. The running results indicate that the controllers work steadily and reliably, meet completely the demands for both design function and winding precision.
