This dissertation with the title " The Research of graduated precision crosswinding control system of Automatic Winder", Aiming at studying and developing the crosswinding device of Automatic Winder using the theory of graduated precision crosswinding, so as to improve the crosswinding functions of auto winder。The work can be summarized as follow:· The characteristic features of two traditional types of winding (random crosswinding and precision crosswinding) are discussed, and a new type of winding the graduated precision crosswinding theories is brought. Graduated precision crosswinding will produce a kind of good package which has all the advantages of random crosswinding and precision crosswinding by controlling winding ratio. The packages have the features of good unwinding characteristics, no pattern zones, stable packages, symmetrical density and optimal suited for all processing areas. This dissertation tells about the theory of graduated precision crosswinding and the research of crosswinding device with graduated precision crosswinding control system on the base of this theory detailedly.· The essential features of graduated precision crosswinding control system are the use of a microprocessor to control the winding unit. We related the hardware structure and the software design in core of AVR series microprocessor Atmega8L and give the designing way of graduated precision crosswinding technology.· The research of crosswinding device with graduated precision crosswinding control system combines the modern electronic technologies, which develops the use of Mechanical and Electronic Integration on winder. This article and our research provide a new idea for the innovation of winding. This will affect the development of winder.
