The Antenna Coil made from fine wire is widely used in various non-contact automaticidentification technology, such as RIFD technology, guard technology, guard against thefttechnology, PKE system and so on. There is a high request with the work characteristics such ascontrol system and tension control of the coiling machine Because of the high couping of the coiland wire-break easily nonuniform when coling the fine wire due to increasing harmful frictionbetween magnet wire and nozzle, a control algorithm for traverse shaft moving back and forth inhigh speed winding was proposed to keep the limitied friction fluctuation between magnet wire andnozzle.The article is in view of the control system of the coiling machine for the Antenna Coil madefrom fine wire,including the Control Algorithm for Traverse Shaft Moving Back and Forth in HighSpeed Winding,the research and design of the winding technology,the draft of the flow path of thecontrol system,the lectotype of the CU,the design of the circuit,the design and programming of thePLC and PC.Firstly, studying the factor which affecting the quality of the coiling and leading to wire-breakto deal with wire-broken due to increasing harmful friction between magnet wire and nozzle, acontrol algorithm for traverse shaft moving back and forth in high speed winding was proposed tokeep the limitied friction fluctuation between magnet wire and nozzle.The proposed method canefficiently keep a limited friction fluctuation between electromagnetic wire and nozzle, improvetesion control accurracy and gurantee the quality of winding.Secondly studying the request of the winding technology,combining with the require oftechnology and tekniko of the coiling to design the process route and the flow path of the controlsystem.completing the design of the overall structure of the control system on the basis of require ofthe control performance,and then achieving the cotrol of the coling machine with the PLC and PC.Then, achiving the control of the lower computor,which include the hardware and thesoftware.The work about the hardware is the lectotype and the allocation of the CU,and the designand connection of the circuit such as Servo drive and System in high voltage; The work aboutsoftware is the analysis of coiling function,the design of the control flow,and programming of thesoftware which including PLC logic cotroller such as parameter setting, fault alarm, Line/curve interpolation and so on.Lastly, achiving the control of the upper computor and lower computor...The upper computorcompleted the design and finish the HMI such as motion control,parameter setting,conditionmonitoring and so on which is based on the VC++development platform.
