New Computer-controlled Winding Machine

Composite material is a new type material.Which is composed two or more kinds of different properties materials in a proper way.Compared with tradition metal material,it has many prominet merits and fine performances.Resin composite production is manufactured by solidifying with the resin and doffing the mold after windling through fibrament winding machine.It applies chiefly in fields of mational defense and aviation &space,and common industry fields of construction and energy sources and so on.Fiber winding technology is an integrated technology,including composite material,macromolecule-chernistry,mathematics, mechanics, electronics and computer, etc.FWM researched in this thesis is the primary equipment that manufactrues fiber production,and the controller is core in control system of this equipment.During fiber winding,the performance of controller decides directly the stability of system,precision of winding and efficiency of manufacture,etc.At the same time,the configuration principle of computer control,the whole design of control system and the distributed computer system comprising epigynous computer and hypogynous computer are discussed in this dissertation .This paper is mainly about the realization of the electrical controlling system toward Q-I machine. The system is made up of single-chip control system and power system. The single-chip control system which is use is made up of CPU, keyboard circuit, display circuit and power supply keeping circuit.The system is made up of a CPU which is an AT89C52, a keyboard interface and a digital display interface which are expanded by assorting the AT89C52's serial port with shift register—74LS164. It is used to control the drive to fulfill the actions which the craft requests. The realization of the system simplifies the mechanism of machine, improves the automation degree and lower the manufacturing cost at the same time.
