At present,China is building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.As a northern city with water shortage,Changchun City has started the creation of water-saving cities,and has increased the construction and management of urban water pipe networks to improve the supply of tap water.At present,Changchun City Water Supply Company has problems such as large management and maintenance of water supply pipe network,complicated design of pipe network,low efficiency of accident handling,and difficulty in synchronizing pipe network scheduling.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a water supply network facility information management system to improve the management of underground water supply pipelines.The level provides scientific and accurate data analysis and decision support for the construction of urban water supply pipe network information,guarantees the normal operation of urban water supply,and raises the water supply work of Changchun City to the level of social recognition.According to the urban water supply network facility information management system software of Changchun City,the paper firstly puts forward the realistic background of the subject construction,expounds the domestic related research,points out the direction and value of the research,and then uses the system.The composition and characteristics of key technologies are elaborated,mainly including J2 EE,Hibernate,database platform,webservice technology,Spring and other relatively mature and advanced technologies.Then,from the system function use cases,business functions,business processes and other aspects of the needs analysis,pointed out the system non-functional requirements.Then the system is designed in detail,the systemapplication architecture,technical architecture and deployment architecture are designed.The system multi-level architecture and core technology components are defined.The system function modules are designed in detail.The system includes scheme management,map operation,and selection set operation.Functional modules such as pipe network editing,pipe network query,pipe network analysis,and asset management are designed through UML modeling methods.The focus of this paper is on system design and implementation.The water supply network facility information management system studied in this project has promoted the development of urban water-saving society and improved the efficiency of water supply management.The water supply network information management system takes the daily business management information as the main content and obtains the operation of the pipe network.Real-time monitoring data,providing information services and technical support for the modern management of water resources,providing managers with efficient management tools to better serve the public.Therefore,the research on the water supply network facility information management system studied in this subject has very important practical significance.
