Water supply pipe network,as a member of the urban underground pipeline,is a huge and complex pipeline network system,which is the lifeblood of the city.With the high-speed development of city and urbanization,the traditional management techniques and methods of tap water pipe network are becoming more and more difficult to meet the needs of the current development.The supervision channels of 962740 lines,12319 hotline,12345 citizen hotline in recent years,put forward higher requirements in the people's livelihood problem of tap water industry.Water supply pipe network of modernization and scientific management has become the inevitable trend.Shanghai Pudong Veolia Water Corporation Limited,a national first set production,supply and sale in a body of water sino-french joint venture,is responsible for Pudong and Pujiang town in Minhang district water supply,water supply pipe network operation and maintenance,and service,etc.The area is 672 square kilometers in total.The research topic of this paper is based on the application of PDA handheld technology,the high precision digital map and research and application on the maintenance management syatem(PDA),GPS and other mobile technology products are integrated.Describe the application of PDA handheld technology in the inspection,maintenance,meter reading,and other aspects of the management.First,this paper describe the research background,research significance,status at home and abroad,the water supply pipe network running situation of the water supply pipe network and water supply pipe network of Shanghai Pudong Veolia limited tap water in the maintenance and management of the existing problems,in order to solve these problems and put forward maintenance of water supply pipe network management system(PDA)concept,and the research content and the function of demand design.Secondly,do research on the PDA system related technical support,including GIS,GPS,Android,3G communication,etc.,according to the technical characteristics and actual needs of the relevant equipment selection.Study on the PDA system in the water supply pipe network maintenance,inspection,meter reading,table service and valve management aspects of the preparation,design,research and application,has achieved significant benefits,improve work efficiency and service level,to enhance the safety and quality control ability,optimize the allocation of resources to promote the work,enhance the efficiency of reading out and the quality and effective management of these.Finally,through the Shanghai Pudong Veolia limited tap water in the application of PDA system to reduce the difference between production and marketing practices,in effect,2013-2015 leakage Q repair leakage water yield were 849,1086 and 1952 *10 thousand M3.Therefore,to detect dark leakage,as far as possible,as soon as possible to shorten the leakage repair cycle to reduce the difference between production and marketing is a very significant role.Comprehensive sales slip 2013-2015 Shanghai Co.Ltd.Pudong Veolia tap water were 22.19%,21.6% and 20.11% which also confirms the above point of view.This paper is Internet plus technology in application to the management of the water supply pipe network maintenance,practice has proved that the big returns,the effect is good and has broad prospects.
