With the development of computer science, network technology and wireless communication technology, improving production efficiency and realizing the sharing of information resources by mean of establishing the wireless sensor network and setting up measurement&control system have became one of the development directions of modern measurement&control system and instruments&apparatuses. In addition, as an important part of city construction, city control network has faced with acid test of management and scheduling. It is difficult to make effective, scientific and safe management and operation of the control network system only by the traditional simple data calculation and personal experience. Therefore, it is imperative for realizing network monitoring using modern means of management and modern information technology to achieve on-line monitoring in control network system. On the basis of detailed understanding of city water supply control network and current situation of the development of wireless network technology, the significance of monitoring system of mult-network water supply control network in city water supply control network of our country and the key factors of restricting the application of wireless sensor network and the advantage of combination of GSM/GPRS network have been analyzed. Additional, it has take thorough research in CFDA framework and formation mechanism and process of network, completed the design of monitoring system of multi-network water supply control network, and the main work are listed as follows:In the hardware design, this paper has finished a lot of work including how to prevent and suppress electromagnetic interference and how to improve the electromagnetic compatibility. Furthermore, on the basis of consideration of economist cost and take the low-power as a basic principle, this paper has made low-power design for the peripheral circuit by using low-powered MCU and others relation devices.In the software design, for ensuring the system operation reliability and stability, both the execution mechanism of CFDA and the photoelectric direct reading have been studied by combining with hardware and reducing the power consumption of the system as soon as possible. Meanwhile, network constitution and data transmission have been achieved successfully by modular programming. The host computer program has been written by VB software and lead to realizing the data storage, processing and remote transmission and some related information allocation. Finally, amounts of functional characters have been achieved among the whole monitoring system realizing functional for water supply control network, such as double stage control, remote monitoring, data storage and analysis, multi network fusion, explosion control pre-warning and alarm indicator, multi parameter input, automatic inspection and active acquisition, remote upgrade and maintain, et al.The running result show that the wireless data transmission of system is stable and reliable, not only it can carry out timing acquisition and transmission for pressure and flow rate et al. sensor data, but also it can make effective control for valve, provide effective data for water supply enterprises, offer strong technical guarantee for control network optimization and city water supply scheduling, and has a good industrial application value.
