In the study, test and launch process of aircraft, the data recorder is required to record theimportant data in launch and flight process. And due to its special application background,data recorder should be provided with high reliability. So developing ground test equipmentenabled to roundly test the data recorder’s performance and index during its production andapplication is the only effective way to ensure the high reliability of data recorder. In groundexperiments, many times in the security considerations, device under test should be controlledremotely by testers, including sending commands and reading back data, and the device to betested is connected with the ground tester by the remote data transmission cable. This paperfocuses on the design detail of the remote data transmission module of test instrument.First of all, through analyzing the function index and successful experience summarizingfrom the laboratory’s study on various remote data transmission device in recent years, thispaper puts forward the design scheme of remote data transmission system of telemetryintegrated test instrument. FPGA with a flexible edit function is used as the whole circuit’slogic control chip, and effectively improves the design reliability, flexibility and scalability.Secondly, according to the different equipment’s technical indexes to test, the LVDStransmission and RS422 transmission technology are adopted. In order to solve the problemof the short measurable distance, by comparing the three transmission’s characteristics,twisted pair, coaxial cable and optical fiber of the medium, the conclusion is drown that thetwisted wire and optical fiber are complementary in the transmission distance and mechanicalproperties, the remote data transmission scheme is proposed which the twisted pair andoptical fiber are matched each other, the hardware and software solutions of remote datatransmission is given, and the objective extended the monitoring range to 5Km is realized.This subject is against the background of project, not only finished the requirements oftask book ,but also did a detailed study on the key technology of remote data transmission.Especially what the transmission integrating the optical fiber with twisted pair is used, cansolves the problem of transmission distance and interface matching, greatly improving theperformance of remote test equipment.
