Based On The Quality Of Fuzzy Evaluation Method And The Earned Value In Software Project

As the generally opening and diversified development in our financial sector,the financial trading systems have become increasingly complex and a higher specialization. The original of a self-development or purchase product model can not meet the needs for financial trade system development. This need to deal with the center of software development,formed into independent development and using a professional system integrator complementary application development projects. Financial transaction system software project has been increasingly important subcontract mode,outsourcing software project cost management is one of the most puzzling problem. In order to effectively the project schedule,cost monitoring,evaluation and reflect on the whole project to project and introduce exhibition progress evaluation technology,earned value analysis. The basic idea is to use money to replace the schedule of the project quantity measurement,not by how much money to reflect the project progress,but with money into the project results to measure.Using earned value analysis on schedule,quality and cost of joint monitoring in applications of proved successful. It makes clear goal,project management process control efficient orderly and results objectively. But the traditional earned value analysis without considering the factors of the quality and efficiency of the two factors,and content in software outsourcing model in the project is critical.Therefore,based on previous research earned value analysis method,on the basis of the analysis method based on defects quality evaluation model,through the calculation method of quality membership package type of foreign trade system project evaluation results in evaluating the quality factors,the premise,constructs the evaluation model based on the quality of the earned value analysis model is improved,established the outsourcing project type trading system of quality evaluation index system of the actual project,the quality level measurement,and improve the current earned value analysis,realizes the earned value analysis of the quality of integrated management research. Finally,through the trading system construction project examples of improved earned value analysis method is validated. Practice proves that the quality evaluation model based on.The quality, cost and progress of the construction project constitutes the objective system of the project which are the essences for the project implementation. In project management, these three factors should be integrated controlled. Earned value is an effective method for project cost and progress integration, but it does not take account of quality factors. Based on the previous studies of earned value, the fuzzy evaluation method was used for quantitative analysis of the evaluation results. The quantitative quality factor was introduced in earned value that accounts for the quality, cost and progress, and the original method was improved. Finally, a construction project was conducted to verify the improved earned value method.
