Research On The Innovation Of Construction Mode Of County Financial Media Center

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to integrated media development and made a series of major arrangements.At the 2018 Conference on publicizing new ideas,General Secretary Xi made it clear that,we will do a good job in building county-level media centers to better guide and serve the masses.Then in 2019,the Ministry of Propaganda issued a document "on strengthening the construction of county-level media center","county-level media center construction norms" and "county-level media center provincial technical platform norms requirements" also carried out in-depth emphasis on this topic.The main focus for further media integration in China is at the county level.However,at present,there are problems in the county-level media,such as scattered resources,insufficient economic and human resources,which have directly hindered the construction process of the county-level media,therefore,in the process of promoting construction will continue to face a variety of external pressure and its own problems.Based on a detailed analysis of the background of the media convergence era under the current situation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the concept,development and characteristics of the media convergence,this paper expounds the history,policy basis and relevant theories of the development of county-level media center.In addition,based on the operation and management of the county-level media center reform and construction,this paper makes a thorough investigation,collation and excavation,combining with the practice of the nine county media center construction in L,this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of the operation and management of the county-level media center,finds out the most prominent problems in this field at present,analyzes the concrete problems,and advances some solving measures and means with pertinence,by speeding up the transformation of thinking,reforming and perfecting the system,combining the old and new contents,optimizing and promoting different situations with the help of new technologies and methods,we are committed to accelerating the reform and development of county-level media centers in China.
